    I had a wonderful session with Elle and found it very easy to relax in her presence. She has a wonderful and assuring energy about her and made a couple of observations about me that were spot on!   • Really Helped My 16 Year Old Daughter

    Elle came highly recommended to me as someone who could help my 16-year-old daughter manage her time, and therefore her anxiety, as she tries to juggle school, friends, home life and homework. 

    My daughter is very creative but sometimes struggles with managing her time, especially in the lead up to exams, and she benefitted greatly from having one-to-one sessions with Elle. She learned some practical time-management skills and simple mindfulness techniques and meditations to incorporate into her daily routine. 

    She really enjoyed talking to Elle in their weekly video calls – it was time set aside just for her, they helped her to avoid getting bogged down by work and, above all, she felt encouraged to be creative. She gets much less stressed about her work now and has a whole range of tools and techniques she can use whenever she needs to. She also now feels that she has 'permission' to go and do something creative to break up her studying, which leads to a positive upward spiral as this act both as a stress-reliever and also fulfils her need to be creative.

    Having just completed Elle’s Mindfulness Course I cannot emphasise how much everyone needs to do this… To tap into one’s younger self, to be aware of one’s current self and to be fully present in your day-to-day.     Elle I feel I can use the techniques I learnt in my everyday life, I have now connected a lot more with nature and doing things that I never would have done before.

    Yes. It was the best course I’ve ever done out of all the many meditation/mindfulness courses. I felt it was tailored to me and my personal challenges, which is so important when you want to learn how to deal with anxieties and stress.

    There are so many things I will take away from the course. For example, the daily affirmations and gratitude sessions are fantastic when I get a bit stressed and the meditation in the evening really helps me to unwind and sleep better.
